Steven Dobson is a U.S. Air Force veteran and founder of SCS Legacy System Holding Inc., a Wyoming-based holding company founded November 1, 2024, built to provide the corporate structure and oversight that allow sustainable business growth to scale responsibly.
Through the Operating Company beneath SCS Legacy, Freedom Legacy Elevation Group Inc. (founded in the State of Florida in May 2025), Steven's Four Pillars of Wealth Building — Credit, Business, Funding, and Cash Flow — are delivered directly to entrepreneurs and business owners, detailed in his book The Freedom Legacy Framework.
With a mission to build lasting structures for growth, Steven applies the same discipline at the holding-company level that he teaches to entrepreneurs: proper structure, sound governance, and long-term stability — ensuring every entity operating beneath SCS Legacy is built to last.
